Liz began her working journey teaching at a number of outdoor pursuits centres, both in the UK and overseas. This role allowed her to immerse herself in the beauty of nature while sharing essential life skills with students, fostering not only their physical development but also their emotional resilience.

Following her work in outdoor education, she acquired her Level 2 British Sign Language and joined a local college to support those enroled as deaf-blind students. This experience deepened her understanding of inclusive education and reinforced her commitment to making learning accessible for all.

In joining St Peter’s, Liz initially worked in the kitchen before transitioning onto the teaching assistant team, where she now contributes full-time, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.
