Despite the rain, Year 1 pupils from St Peter's School embarked on a thrilling educational journey to Twycross Zoo recently. The excursion was a practical extension of their current science topic, giving them the opportunity to observe a variety of animals firsthand.

Miss Kirkman said, "Even the rain couldn't dampen our pupils' spirits. Their enthusiasm for learning about animals and their habitats was palpable."
