Real Life Warning for Year 6!
As Part of Their Transition to Secondary School, Students Explore Real-Life Dangers and Learn Safety Skills at Leicester’s Warning Zone.
Year 6 students took an important step in their transition to secondary school with a visit to Leicester’s Warning Zone, a unique centre operated by emergency services and dedicated volunteers. This visit provided a safe and engaging environment for pupils to explore real-life dangers, from road crossings and train safety to the risks associated with power lines, strangers, drugs, and staying safe online. The hands-on experience equipped our students with the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate the challenges of the world beyond the St P bubble, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next chapter in their educational journey.
